Wine Consultancy

In addition to writing award-winning columns for The Times, The New Statesman, Decanter, Club Oenologique
and others,  I encourage corporations and private clients to profit from my extensive knowledge of the world's wines. I give talks and offer tastings that range from introductory to expert; I can also assist with planning
winery visits
. For restaurants, I provide help with fine-tuning wine lists, while for individuals I can assist with inventory building and cellar management.

To celebrate The Art of Living, a major  Sotheby's auction of wines from the cellars  of Pierre Chen, I was brought in as wine consultant to assist Culture Shock in the production of a book on Chen, wine, food and the art of gastronomy.

I came on board before the launch of this prestigious private wine service, working closely with the founder and staff to write and
edit the website and help refine their messaging, until its sale to the eminent French wine company Caves Legrand. Since then,
I write and edit a quarterly magazine for the club, with a changing focus on specific wine regions.
